Shipping Policy

SKINFONISK is a brand operated by GIANT SQUARE.

At SKINFONISK, every cover is handmade in our workshop in the South of France. Each order is produced with care before being shipped worldwide using trusted international carriers.

Production Time

All orders are handmade to order.

Current production time:

  • 1 business day

Please note that production times may be extended during high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, product launches, or exceptional events.

Delivery times below are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Depending on the destination, orders may be shipped using:

  • La Poste

  • Colissimo

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Chronopost

  • Local delivery partners

Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, conflicts, carrier disruptions, or other events outside of our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total unless explicitly stated otherwise.

SKINFONISK is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

If a package is refused by the customer due to customs fees or import charges:

  • original shipping fees,

  • return shipping fees,

  • customs charges,

  • import taxes,

  • and any carrier fees

will remain the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any eventual refund.

If customs or return fees are requested from us upon return delivery, the return package may be refused.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@skinfonisk.com.

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Please note that investigations may require several business days depending on the carrier and destination country.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, the customer must contact the local carrier directly as soon as possible in order to open a local delivery investigation.

Local carriers are often able to contact the delivery driver directly or provide additional delivery information.

SKINFONISK cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or not claimed by the customer:

  • shipping fees,

  • return fees,

  • customs duties,

  • import taxes,

  • and any additional carrier charges

remain the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, or ongoing conflicts, some destinations may be temporarily unavailable for shipping.

Available shipping destinations and methods are automatically displayed during checkout.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made and personalized products like custom cover, Solid color cover, Christmas (Xmas) collection cover, limited edition cover cannot be canceled once production has started.

Because these items are made specifically for each customer, they are non-refundable and non-returnable in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
